I have been working as an Integrative Therapist for over 17 yearsÊ Ênow and find this way of working both helpful and informative for my clients. I work with both Individuals and couples offering either/or short-term and long-term therapy which ever the client feels bests suits their particular needs. I love exercise and have found this very helpful in alleviating every day stresses . I chose both high impact activities together with yoga and pilates to balance, together, with meditation to relax. I enjoy the theatre, and cinema together with outdoor activites like walking and gardening. I also love to travel to experience first hand how other cultures live.
