I am an experienced Humanistic counsellor working in the community and in private practice with adults and older teenagers from all backgrounds.Ê In my private practice I work with people who are experiencing:á Anxiety/Stressá Depressioná Feelings of loss or griefá Anger- LonelinessÊwhether these are related to working life, trauma, family situation, relationships, low self-esteem or other life problems. I also work with people who wish to address issues around their relationship with alcohol, food, internet or social media.ÊThe core of the Humanistic approach is the belief that everyone has a natural tendency towards change and growth, though this may become stunted through difficult life experiences and patterns of relating. I offer a compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your difficulties and create more choice in how you live and relate to others. I offer both short and long-term therapy.
