I will endeavor to empathise have an understanding of your world, and experience your emotions with you, keep you safe and therefore allow you to discover what is right for you. I believe working in this way at this deeper level with mind, body and spirit gives my clients a relationship they would not experience with anyone else in their life, being truly heard and understood, without judgment. I have also over 12 years experience in Public Health, working for NHS and local government, including Stop Smoking Advisor (one to one and groups), Health Trainer, Public Health Champion and Food Champion with in the community working with children right through to adults.
