I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults. My approach is collaborative, practical and flexible, focusing on helping people find early relief as well as longer-term sustainable change. I offer either long-term and short-term work, with experience in addressing a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and identity struggles, relationship difficulties, harassment/bullying, trauma, abuse, periods of life-change or adjustment to loss or illness. I also have specialist experience as a student counsellor, working with issues such as moving towards independence and autonomy, committing to choices, finding identity and stretching limits, or renegotiating relationships with family. Coming into counselling/therapy can be a time for re-opening developmental flux within oneself no matter what age and stage one has reached, and I welcome enquiries from adults of all ages and walks of life.
