People come and see me for many reasons. Sometimes itÕs general, you just feel like life is kicking you in the teeth and itÕs all too much. Sometimes itÕs because life is lacking in focus. Or it may be that you have no one who Ôgets youÕ or who will really listen to you.Alternatively, there may be a specific reason, for example, a death or the breakdown of a relationship.ÊIt could be a work, school orÊ friendship related issue; such as being bullied, excluded or unfairly treated. Perhaps you may suffer from anxiety or depression. Or maybe you are experiencing feelings of anger, frustration, guilt or shame. Whatever the reason don’t struggle alone and if youÊfeel you are unable to share with friends or family, talk to me and together we can work it out.ÊI am here to listen andÊhelp you explore and make sense of things in a private, supportive and non-judgementalÊenvironment. My aim is then to help you move forward in a way that is right for you. Together, we will meet in a private, comfortable room. Parking is available.
