Counselling can also help people work towards goals, positive change, improved relationships and a reduction of unhelpful habits and behaviours. I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use a variety of techniques and approaches in my work. I tailor my way of working to meet the needs of the person I am working with. The way we work will also depend on what you would like to achieve through therapy. I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues and have experience of short-term, long-term and open-ended therapy. You are welcome to bring very specific, solution-focused issues to be worked on in the short-term. At the same time, issues which require exploration over a longer period of time are welcome too.
