Sometimes life gets a bit too much. Maybe something happened recently or a long time ago that brings lots of feelings and you see no obvious way through. Or perhaps you have a growing sense of anxiety or depression with or without an understandable reason. Maybe you find yourself doing the same things again and again, that don’t serve you and wonder why? I believe that each and every one of us has the key to work through those things and sometimes we need some help. Counselling can be that help. My aim is to create a safe space where clients feel able to voice their thoughts, feelings, concerns and anxieties. What makes it safe is a defined space for you to focus on you, a commitment from me to listen without imposing judgement, and to be genuine. A confidential space separate from friends and family where you can explore the things that are important to you at your own pace.
