In each session, I aim to create a peaceful space, where my clients can talk freely about their concerns, to bring increased awareness, understanding and self-acceptance. I encourage clients to think about their feelings and take responsibility for their thoughts and actions. By cultivating awareness of mind, and forgiving the past, we open up to freedom and love. The work we do together will emphasize self-development, achieving one’s potential, and nurturing psychological health. Our work together will focus on how the quality of our relationships affects our mental and physical well-being. I believe that within each of us lies incredible potential to live life unbounded by old beliefs and patterns. When this happens the blocks that hold us back, melt away, the rivers from source begin to flow as we step into our life’s purpose with courage, knowing and excitement. I work in a very intuitive and organic way and my work can be described as ‘holistic’ working therapeutically with the mind, body and soul. I am also qualified for 25 years as an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist.
