However, it can be helpful to talk to someone independent of your situation who won’t judge or offer advice, but will help you to consider your own thoughts, feelings and way forward.My approach is relational which means I work within our counselling relationship collaboratively to help you find the right way forward for you. This therapeutic environment will enable you to reflect on current issues that are troubling or concerning you in order to promote psychological wellbeing.
