One of my core values as an integrative psychotherapist is supporting my clients in dealing with issues that are specific to them. Given the uniqueness of each client I work with, means that working within one approach cannot meet the diversity of these needs. To address this I have combined humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches that supports a more holistic way to how I work. I align these areas with mindfulness, EMDR and neuroscience to help focus on specific areas in meeting the needs of my clients. My work as a psychotherapist involves working with both couples and individuals, alongside any mental health issues presented.I am currently nearing completion of a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy (Year 5), further extending my qualifications as I believe that developing myself is also in the interests of my clients and is key to how I work professionally. As an accredited executive coach, I feel in addition to being a psychotherapist, I offer a broader way of working across both the professional and personal spectrum of my clientsÕ lives.
