By providing a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which you can reflect on any aspect of your life, I aim to offer an opportunity for you to work towards living in a way that you experience as more fulfilling, satisfying and resourceful and to facilitate you in looking after your emotional wellbeing. In the first session we will meet and discuss what has lead you to seek counselling and what you would like to achieve. You will be able to think about your situation and your options and get an idea of how I work. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have. If you then decide that counselling is for you, and we feel that we can work together, we arrange a series of sessions. A limited number of concessions are available; these only become available occasionally. If this is what you are looking for, please check availability before the initial session. Please contact me by phone or email. If you call, it is likely that you will get through to the answering machine. I will not leave messages on a landline number unless you give permission for me to do so. I work in private practice is in Herne Hill and in a voluntary sector agency in Wimbledon. The Herne Hill practice is within a short walk of North Dulwich and Herne Hill railway stations. The nearest buses are numbers 68, 468, P4, 42 and 37.
