Hello,Whilst we live in an age where we have never been more connected to one another, we seem also to be more alone. Often we wake up and feel disconnected not only from life and the people around us, but also from ourselves, leaving us feeling depressed, anxious, unfulfilled and questioning life and its meaning.Whilst it can be difficult to reach out and ask for help, therapy is a safe space for you to be your authentic self. It gives you the time to unplug and tune into what it is you need to make the changes you want in your life.As a therapist I bring a natural warmth and openness to my work. I believe that by exploring and becoming more curious about ourselves without judgement, we can not only begin to shed and heal aspects of ourselves that are holding us back, but can work to highlight and celebrate the parts of ourselves and our lives that bring us joy and fulfillment.The therapy journey can be tough but it can also be incredibly rewarding, in the same way that we experience life. Whilst we all go through dark and difficult times, we also have moments of joy, laughter and creativity.
