I coach and facilitate staff supervision groups consulting on organisational change at a time of restructuring and limited resources. with specific expertise in Mental Health, Social Care, Children, Young People and Families, Learning Disabilities, the NHS, Education and Housing. I have extensive coaching experience, recent work has focused on coaching senior managers after disappointing CQC or OFSTED inspections, women returners, staff returning after long term sickness, teachers finding it difficult communicating with parents, Headteachers and an NHS Head of Nursing coping with unrealistic workloads and staff complications.
