I have over 20 years experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and depression, I draw on evidence-based CBT ideas and also existential, phiosophical and mindfulness approaches where these are helpful. I’ve written 2 books (Wise Therapy’ & Achieve your Potential with Positive Psychology) and work in the NHS as a psychotherapist as well as in private practice.
