I am a psychotherapist who is fully qualified in both Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Counselling.Ê Based in Sheffield S8, I offer appointments 7 days per week; daytime and evening on weekdays, and mornings on weekends.ÊI am professionally accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist by the BABCP.Ê I am also professionally accredited as a Counsellor by the BACP.I have worked for the NHS, both in primary care IAPT services and also in secondary care services as part of a community mental health team.Ê I have also worked for MIND, as well as in my own private practice.I’ve supported people with a range of mental health problems, such as Depression, Anxiety and Psychosis.I’ve also helped people with a range of Emotional or Relationship or Life Stage problems.Ê These could include:Loss or bereavement, Relationship or sexual issues, Difficult childhood, Abuse (sexual, physical, emotional or psychological), Low self-esteem or Bullying, Managing Anger, Dealing with Guilt and Shame, Mid Life crisis, Worries about ageing, Loss of direction (whether personal or professional), Adjustments to major changes in life or chronic or long-term physical health problems.I can offer either short or long-term therapy. I specialise in working Men who often struggle to seek help with psychological or emotional issues. I also provide psychotherapy for women.My fees range from £40 – £70 for a 1 hour session.
