If you are reading this there is a chance that you (or someone you know) may be experiencing some emotional difficulties. In my personal experience, counselling and psychotherapy can help with a wide range of problems related to life and living. Many of us donÕt know why we feel unhappy and sitting down with a trained therapist can help uncover the self-defeating patterns we may have stumbled into as a consequence of lifeÕs events. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I offer both short and long term counselling/therapy to individuals and couples. I have worked with people through a broad range of difficulties including personality disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, all types of abuse, family issues and bereavement.I offer a space for us to work together in exploring your thoughts and feelings with a Ôbetter tomorrowÕ being the primary goal. Although I wouldn’t describe counselling as a barrel of laughs, the process of self-discovery can be an enjoyable experience. Our first meeting is free of charge and gives us the chance to see how we can work together.Training, qualifications & experienceI have worked as a psychotherapist within the NHS, where I facilitated groups for clients with personality disorders and complex needs.
