I am an integrative, person-centred, therapist and offer counselling for individual adults and teenagers, (14 and over) from rooms in Southernhay in Exeter. I provide a safe, confidential, accepting space where we work to bring the change that you are searching for. My approach is warm, relaxed and collaborative and the focus and pace of our work is shaped by your needs and priorities.I welcome all clients regardless of age, gender, ability, sexuality or status and have experience of helping with a wide range of issues including bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem, sexual abuse and addiction. I have been particularly successful in forming warm and productive therapeutic relationships with troubled teenagers.
